It started as a dream

From render…

…to reality

Our design team transformed a raw industrial space and created an entirely unique event hall, using elevations, custom built surfaces, and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment featuring immersive multimedia.

Opening Cocktail Reception

The weekend started with an “Opening Cocktail Reception” at a local college, which included a lively panel discussion centered on innovative initiatives specific to the province of Quebec. The event featured an audience of influential local business leaders and highlighted speakers active in the education and innovation communities.

Innovation Youth Forum

The following day focused on the next generation of geniuses - the “Innovation Youth Forum”, where hundreds of high school students from schools around the Montreal area gathered in a High School auditorium to participate in a series of interactive presentations by experts in the fields of science, medicine, business, literature and art. These “Einstein Inspirations” presentations were designed to inspire student representatives to become active leaders and think outside the box.

VIP Cocktail

The weekend continued with a VIP cocktail reception titled “Genius 100”. Visionaries, dignitaries and leaders from across the globe attended this exclusive reception held at a Montreal cirque training facility. The event was an excellent opportunity for the contributors of the world first 3D-printed book to mingle with other visionaries and meet the Einstein Legacy project creators to celebrate their successes.

Innovation Summit

The final day started with the “Genius 100 – Innovation Summit”, where thought leaders from across the globe gathered to share their unique perspectives on the future of creative thinking. The summit was designed to bring together experts across a variety of fields to outline their vision for the next 100 years in conjunction with the 100th anniversary of Einstein’s Theory of Relativity. Speakers included Chris Hadfield and Deepak Chopra.

Dinner of the Century

The weekend culminated with a final celebration titled “Celebrating a Century of Genius” where the world’s leading experts in science, literature, and technology gathered together for a star-studded reception. The evening featured an immersive cocktail party followed by a sit-down dinner that highlighted some of the world’s greatest innovators, a speech from the Mayor of Montreal, dynamic entertainment acts, and the unveiling of the world’s first 3-D printed book, printed entirely in outer space.

The Einstein Journals

Over 600 guests were enthralled with Total’s artistic direction that created a story outlining some of Einstein’s greatest accomplishments and passions. Each chapter of the evening featured custom segments of curated entertainers and performances that were used to bring Einstein’s story to life.

Immersive visuals transported guests throughout space and time mirroring the chapters of Einstein’s passions. Total was honored to be selected to produce a fulfilling, impactful weekend for everyone who attended.
